Summary

The Ultralight Panohead is compact, lightweight, and easy to use for shooting 360° x 180° spherical panorama photos. Originally designed for extended hiking and bicycle trips, the new design with click stops is adaptable for use in multiple scenarios.

This version is for the Yasuhara Madoka 180 Fisheye Lens for Sony NEX E-mount and Fujifilm X-mount, with an APS-C sensor. A panorama can be completed in 3 or 4 shots around and 1 hand nadir shot.

Image Type

APS-C sensor (1.5x crop factor) The lens is an orthographic projection with a completely inscribed circle which is approximately 180° FOV in diameter. It is possible to shoot with only 3 images, while 4 is recommended for better stitches. The panohead has a +7° tilt, which captures the zenith.
